Gabrielle Mariella is an actress, singer, Sony Alpha Female Grant-Winning Cinematographer, Editor, Designer and Creative. Her love of film started at age 9 with a Panasonic Camcorder & the rest is history. A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Gab founded Little Otter Productions, a film + media company, in 2023 (formerly GabMariellaFilms founded in 2016) with a particular interest in content that centers music, theatre, or amplifies historically underrepresented voices. Film work as a Director of Photography and editor incudes documentary, narrative short films, music videos, interviews, and brand films for the big and little screen, and including an exclusive for Rolling Stone. In October of 2021, Gab won a Sony Alpha Female+ Grant, with which she filmed, directed, produced, and edited ENOUGH, a documentary short film about female Broadway creatives. Little Otter Productions also makes branded storytelling accessible to start-ups and emerging brands through social media, digital, web, and print mediums.
